HouseCalls Rx is a in-home medical care provider. We will work with your current physician to manage your health care needs or you may choose to become a patient of HouseCalls Rx. We are currently accepting new patients. Our staff will work with your current physician to transfer your medical records. You are free to change to HouseCalls Rx at any time or remain with your current provider.

HouseCalls Rx provides primary medical care in the comfort of your home. We bring the doctors office to you to manage your health care, from writing prescriptions to drawing blood, to providing injections. Simply being in comfortable, familiar surroundings has proven to be an important step in maintaining your independence.

HouseCalls Rx coordinates care between families, nursing agencies, and home health services. We provide all routine medical care including physical examinations, regularly scheduled visits, and prescription refills.

HouseCalls Rx,1-877-MD4YOU1 brings a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in collaboration with physicians to your front door. When getting to the doctor’s office or hospital is difficult or even impossible HouseCalls Rx is the Primary Medical Provider for you.

Our services include sick call visits and 24 hour telephone on-call service. We accept Medicare and other major insurances. Scheduling and all related paper work is done for you by our staff.

HouseCalls Rx currently serves nine counties: Cumberland, Perry, Dauphin, Northumberland, Union, Snyder, Mifflin, Juniata and Lancaster.

Who is Eligible?

If you are 18 years of age or older, and have difficulty getting to a medical office for any reason, you are eligible for HouseCalls Rx.This service is especially intended for those with medical conditions such as dementia, CHF, asthma, COPD, hypertension, edema, arthritis, or conditions that require a cane, walker or individuals who are bedbound.alt=”" />
