It’s so nice to have someone here that cares about me. My daughter has had other caregivers here before, but they all treated me like a patient. Joanne really gets me – who I am and what I like to do. Yes, she makes sure I take my medication. Yes, she makes sure that I eat right. But she does so much more with me. She doesn’t take me to the store, she shops with me. She doesn’t inform my doctor when there’s a problem, she knows when I’m not right, and does the right thing.
